　私たちの生きるこの世の中は、様々な力や要素が複雑に絡み合い、均衡を保っている様にみえます。
しかし、ふとした些細なきっかけで瓦解してしまいそうな、薄氷の上に立たされている様な不安な気持ちを少なからず抱いている方も多いと思います。
「龍虎図」というものは過去から様々な作家に描かれ続けてきています。大きな力と力がぶつかり合う迫力のある様は、古くから人の心を惹き付けて止まない題材だと思います。
国と国、人と人、対立し睨み合うだけの関係はいつか終わり、その果てに明るい未来がやってくる事を、睨み合う龍と虎の間に架かる虹に託して私なりに描いたものです。

In this world, on one hand, a lot of power and elements are complicatedly related to each other and seem to keep a good balance. On the other hand, many people have an uneasy feeling that as if they are standing on thin ice which is likely to collapse triggered by a minor event.
“Dragon and Tiger” have been painted by many artists all though the ages. I think people are fascinated by the strong impression of clashing two big powers. I hope that one day the conflict between countries or individuals will end and bright future will come. I hope the rainbow between the dragon and the tiger can reflect such my desire.
